Many hundreds of Lotus Outreach Australia scholarship recipients have graduated school, most have gone on to university or other tertiary training and established meaningful careers—these young women give back to their families and communities, and prove the value of educating girls.

At 14, Sreyrath was about to leave school and work in a garment factory because her family couldn’t afford school materials and tuition costs. With an LOA scholarship and bike, she was able to stay in school, is about to graduate high school, and has been accepted into our CATALYST program to study English at university. She dreams of teaching children and giving back to her community.
